Well, not really. To learn everything you need to know about exotic dancing or hot stripper moves, you’ll probably have to at least take classes, or learn from the dime-a-dozen how-to videos peddled all over the Internets, or become a stripper yourself and learn the secrets of actually stripping from veterans of the trade.
But then again, there are a few basic stripper dance moves that you can acquaint yourself with. Stripper dance moves, after all, are the exclusive domain of strippers no more. Anyone can take up striptease or exotic dancing, if only for the reason that it makes for very good cardiovascular exercise. And with Oprah Winfrey herself getting a stripper pole as a gift, pole dancing has become quite popular with just about everyone.

There is, of course, the bump and grind, the most basic stripper dance move of them all, and it is quite self-explanatory. Then there’s the walk around, which is done by holding the pole in the crook of your arm, and then strutting slowly, with your shoulders pushed back and your butt out, and very confidently around the pole.
One stripper move that requires a little more flexibility is the bridge. A common sight in movies about strippers, the bridge is done by holding the pole with one hand, straddling it with your legs, and arching your back while at the same time slowly bending your knees. You’ll know you’ve done this move perfectly when you can finally see the person behind you.
Another yet athletic stripper move is the leg hold, which requires you to spin around the pole while you practically ride it. This is done by holding the pole with both hands, them jumping on it and gripping it between your thighs. Stretch one leg out while keeping your other leg bent, and you can start spinning.
One really smooth stripper move, and a very sexy one too, is the ripple. Lean into the pole with your upper body as you hold the pole with one hand, with your butt out. Then move your stomach forward until it makes contact with the pole. Next, pull your shoulders back until the pole is right between your legs.
There are just a few of the stripper moves that beginners can actually master, although it may take some a bit more time to actually get the hang of it. Now practice these moves and unleash the inner stripper in you!
